Thanks so much for sharing about the service for those of us who could not attend but prayed for you from afar. I especially loved seeing the pictures of your family and friends. As I looked at the picture of David, his face lit up with joy, I imagined his face lit up just the same now but 100 times over, as he sits in the light of the Son. Most wonderfully, I imagined how glorious it must have been for David to regain his vision and have the first thing he saw with his eyes be the loving Lord He worshiped all his life. I'm sure it was in that moment that he breathed deeply and sighed...."it is TRULY well with my soul". A moment well earned on his part, for sure.
